Rental Policies
Bunta’s Beach Haven is a privately owned vacation rental condo. Please note our rental policies below.
- Maximum occupancy for the unit is ten guests.
- We require a list of all guest names that stay on the property.
- Primary guest must be at least 26 years of age (per condo rules).
- Renting on behalf of someone else is prohibited. These bookings will result in eviction and forfeiture of your full payment.
- Check in time is 4 pm or after. Early check-in may be available if cleaning staff is finished.
- Checkout time is 10 am or before.
- No parties or events. Occupancy limited to the number of guests reserved.
- No grilling on the balcony or inside the condo.
- Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited.
- Four closets in the rental are locked and should not be accessed.
- There is an exterior security camera at the entrance only
- Two parking passes are supplied.
Community Guidelines
We are part of the Long Beach Condominium community on Panama City Beach. The below community guidelines must be adhered to.
- All registered guests must wear wristbands on resort property.
- All vehicles on resort property must have a visible resort pass.
- Maximum speed is 10 MPH on resort property.
- No ATV’s, golf carts, spyder type vehicles, or other auxiliary vehicles.
- No skateboards, roller blades and skates permitted on property. Parents will be held responsible for their children.
- Luggage carts are available in the cart storage area of each lobby. Luggage carts should be returned immediately after use to the cart storage area. No luggage carts should be taken into a condo unit.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in and around the pools and hot tubs.
- No food or drinks are allowed within four feet of a pool or hot tub per Florida state law.
- Guests are not permitted to have pets of any kind except certified and documented service animals.
- Registered guests must be over the age of 26 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No unauthorized visitors.
- Halls, stairways, courtyards, landings and walkways shall not be obstructed for any purpose per fire codes.
- Do not climb or lean over the balconies. Do not drape towels, clothing, or other items on the balcony railings.
- Any objects thrown from the balcony is a class II felony and is cause for immediate eviction.
- Drones are not permitted to launch or fly from or on Long Beach property per the Freedom of Unwanted Surveillance Act.
- No person shall make or permit noises, improper, immoral or offensive use of resort property.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.
Fines & Penalties
Bunta’s Beach Haven is an upscale accommodation on Panama City Beach. Below are a list of fines that may be assessed for any rules violations.
- Grilling inside the condo or on the balcony will result in a fine starting at $500 for fire code violations.
- No smoking inside the unit or on balconies, stairwells, or breezeways. If evidence of any smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine assessed.
- This is a pet-free zone. Evidence of pets will result in a $150 fine assessed.
- Additional cleaning charges will apply for guests that are not tidy or considerate. Our cleaning fee includes three hours of cleaning time. Any additional time will be charged to the guest.
- Any linens or towels that are soiled or damage will incur replacement costs. Sheet replacement is $25 per sheet. $10 per pillow case. $15 per towel.
- Ten wristbands are provided which must be worn while on resort grounds. If any of these wristbands are lost or misplaced, a fee of $25 is charged per wristband.
- Two parking passes are provided and must be left in the unit upon departure. If passes are not returned, there is a $30 fee.
Cancellation Policy
With this being our only unit, last minute cancellations are more of a detriment to us than accommodations like hotels.
After your reservation is booked, we will wait 24 hours prior to charging your card in the event a reservation was mistakenly made or needs changed.
- Full refund if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours after booking.
- 95% refund for cancellations between 24 hours after booking and 30 days before arrival (due to credit/debit card processing costs).
- 50% refund for cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival.
- No refund offered for cancellations 14 days or less before arrival.
